French, lebanese and swiss Artist and architect, Marianne exhibits her first series of sculptures « Expulsion » in 2020 in the space ARLAB in Vevey, in Suisse. During this exhibition, gathering artists of several horizons (ECAL, HEAD, independant artists), she will be exhibiting artist and curator of the event with Florent Bonzon. A few weeks later, she will join the Marais in Paris, to exhibit again her plaster columns for the show « Not So Crazy Girls », curated by Naomi Rubin.
"I am an artist focusing on the question of materiality. How to interact with plaster and concrete, two materials that have become indispensable in architecture. We seek to redefine their potentialities and exalt their natural properties. In parallel of that, I work on the sensitive links between art, architecture and music. A new collaboration has begun on how music can define space and reconnect us with our awareness of place ; a wonderful experience between sound and space. In AR L A B, I develop projects around scenography, design, architecture and writing. Please check our website for more informations : https://arlab.ch "
